Thanks to Deepika, Kareena, and Shilpa Shetty, wearing sarees is so in. But, if you ask me, I’d rather wear my grandmother’s gamcha saree and spruce it up with a blouse than invest in a couture saree by a prominent designer. That said, whatever it is that may define you – we need sarees and a lot of them in our ethnic closet because nothing is more compelling on a woman than a saree. While some cannot get enough of Kalamkaris, some like to doll up in a Sabyasachi, and a few others jump at the idea of wearing a saree – any kind would do! So yes, have a few sarees in your closet, they always come in handy. Buy online on Wholesale Salwar Kameez.

There is yet another class of Indian women who have taken a leap towards modernisation. These are again a section of females aged between 18 and 90 who are more influenced by the lifestyle and habitats rather than religion or culture of the regions. They believe in contemporary fashion and are more westernised. Pants, skirts, minis, you name it and they wear it! Hijab – Muslim women wear it as part of their tradition. It is a long and loose dress usually black in colour, gown like outer garment which is either worn on sari or Salwaar Kameez. It is paired with a black head dress which has a black transparent face cover attached to it.

The ‘Lehenga’ is another dress that had its origins during Mughal times. It was believed to be a dress that defined Indian values completely, which is probably why it has survived to this day. Even now, it makes use of Mughal era patterns and designs though it has been given many contemporary designs as well. In Gujarat and Rajasthan the variant of the Lehenga- the ‘Ghagra Choli’ with an ‘Odhni’ or dupatta still preserves its ethnicity with mirror work and embroidery. Some Rajasthani women wear black ‘Ghagra Cholis’ with Cowrie shells and mirror work too. During the reign of the Nawabs in Lucknow the ‘Sharara’ or ‘Gharara’ was born which was influenced by the ‘Ghagra Choli’. During the British rule, women in West Bengal did not wear blouses and covered the upper part of their body with the end of their saree. The British populace did not find it appropriate and that is how blouses and petticoats came into existence.

The traditional clothing for women in Karnataka is saree made of silk. Karnataka is known as Silk hub of India as a wide variety of silk can be found here. Traditional clothing of women in Kerala is the ‘Kerala Saree’ or the mundum neriyathum. This is in two pieces, one is draped on the lower part of the body and then the neriyathu is worn over a blouse. The men of Kerala tend to be more conservative than the women and stick to tradition. Best percolator coffee filters

I will review some of the best electric percolators. The De’Longhi line of espresso machines proudly relies on the company’s rich Italian roots when it comes to developing their products, and this reflects on their machines’ quality and functionality. Leading the pack is De’Longhi America’s Nespresso Lattissima Pro Machine (model EN750MB). The De’Longhi Lattissima Pro machine incorporates two of the company’s patented technologies. First is the De’Longhi Latte Crema System, which automatically makes cappuccino blends. The second patented technology is in its Nespresso capsule system. With this in mind, it is best to use Nespresso pods or capsules in your Lattissima Pro machine, so you can get the best tasting espresso.

Mr. Coffee One-Touch CoffeeHouse Espresso Maker and Cappuccino Machine : “As a first-time user, this has been very easy to learn,” one satisfied shopper says. “It’s easy to clean all the pieces. It’s easy to make drinks, and I don’t have any complaints!” Another, who is admittedly a “dingbat when it comes to making espresso, latte, cappuccino,” was so over spending “$8.99+ a day for a good, stiff coffee drink,” then tried this machine and is “beyond happy with the results.” Many of this device’s mechanics are automated, including the milk frother, which further helps espresso newbies. “The built-in steamer totally took the guesswork out of making the froth. It makes great froth with milk, almond milk, and coconut milk,” one explains. “It’s super easy to clean and has a cleaning setting that allows steamed water to wash out any residual milk. An Italian espresso machine can cost thousands of dollars, and it doesn’t make a better espresso.

Best Electric: Presto 6-Cup Stainless-Steel Coffee Percolator: If you don’t want to monitor your percolator while it brews on the stove, this electric model automates the process. It can brew from 2 to 6 cups of coffee and lets you know when brewing is done with an indicator light, and then it switches to a keep-warm mode so the coffee stays warm without overcooking. The cord is detachable, so it won’t get in the way when you’re serving. The spout is designed for elegant, mess-free pouring, so you can serve with style. This does not have an on/off switch, so it turns on when you plug it in, and it turns off when you unplug it.

The Essenza Mini is small and mighty, capable of making the same ristrettos, espressos, and lungos as any other Nespresso machine in its line. Its slim, attractive frame can fit in even the smallest kitchen, and its simplicity makes it the easiest Nespresso machine to use and clean. Don’t be bamboozled by the wide array of machines that make you pay hundreds of dollars more for features that won’t make your coffee taste any better, such as Bluetooth technology or a latte art wand. The Essenza Mini offers the most bang for a still-sizable buck. Interested to buy best coffee percolators? Read extra details on best electric percolator.

The Evoluo is a new version of the original VentuoLine, which has the same basic features but several upgrades. The Evoluo has a removable water tank with a capacity of 54-oz vs. the original 40-oz and the used capsule container holds 17 pods against the original’s thirteen. The Evoluo also addressed a common complaint that many buyers had about the original VentuoLine, which was that it did not produce hot enough coffee. The new model now brews at a higher temperature to ensure the satisfaction of those who want their coffee scalding hot. In addition, the external design of the Evoluo slightly changed, since it no longer has the rounded head of the original VentuoLine machines.

Fashion collections for this year

Hottest women’s designer shoes is a huge topic this summer. Let’s see what are the latest news in the fashion industry, what people wear in 2019. Whether or not Jonathan Anderson has deliberately set out to fill the Phoebe Philo void in fashion, his Fall collection for Loewe stepped in and did that in its own way—without the kind of “Old Céline” mimicry that has sophisticated women rolling their eyes. The proof: his knack for smoothing away the contradictions between simple, clean silhouettes and craft and texture, between a sense of now and an honoring of history. “It’s quite strict and crafted,” he said. “Craft under a microscope. It became about reducing things. How do we see silhouette?”

Simply put, Khaite crushed it. Not just for its first-ever runway show, but for all of NYFW in general. Each look drew an audible reaction from almost everyone at the show, and with good reason. From dresses to blouses to coats to jeans (!), the brand presented the best version of every item I’d want to wear next fall.

Statement Hats: Designers must be bored of beanies, because they presented all kinds of wacky toppers for fall. The standout style belongs to Maria Grazia Chiuri’s bucket hats at Christian Dior, sure to be a street style staple. Get ahead of the trend now with our current obsession, Burberry’s heritage plaid bucket hat. All Style Women Clothing Store at MooseStyle! MOOSE STYLE Store is the virtual home for an unrivaled collection of the world’s most coveted brands of men’s and women’s designer apparel, shoes and accessories. When it comes to summer bags, our minds immediately think of straw totes. All the buyers we asked still approve of this seaside trend and don’t see it waning anytime soon. Lisa Aiken, the fashion director of ModaOperandi, dissected why we love them. “They elicit a vacation mindset, even while using them in the city,” she stated. “As a versatile summer staple, it is polished but not stuffy and can really tie together a look.” But the style isn’t limited to raffia, but all beachy keen textiles. “Craftwork is becoming a year-round trend in bags,” says Schafer. “Straw, crochet, wovens and craft details are [all] trending.” If you’re searching for a leather it-bag, Aiken is a big fan of Bottega Veneta’s new pouch clutch. “Oversized or mini, it is the perfect piece to take you from day into night and become an essential in your handbag wardrobe. I’ve been wearing mine on repeat,” she said.

Finally, we can safely wave goodbye to shorts that are uncomfortably (for everyone) short. It started with the rise of the bike short, followed by the short suit, and led us to the return of jorts (jean shorts). Great lengths are the new thing, and we’re here for it. Some distressing clothing collections history

Several revolting clothing lines guide! Fashion doesn’t have the greatest track record when it comes to blackface. Every year, it seems a new blackface controversy surfaces, with a new model at the center. This year, it was Gigi Hadid, who appeared on the cover of Vogue Italia sporting what some saw as a suspiciously dark tan. As BBC pointed out, many of Hadid’s followers were quick to point out her darkened appearance in the image, which was shot by Steven Klein. Others flat out called the image blackface. The criticism prompted the 23-year-old model to apologize. She shared a statement on Twitter along with a photo of herself post-shoot, with bronze makeup still on her face.

John Galliano’s Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2000 Collection, “Haute Homeless”, For John Galliano’s Dior Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2000 show, he created a collection based on the homeless Parisians he encountered while running along the Seine. To that end, he presented a bricolage collection of shredded and tattered couture garments that had found objects like mini whiskey bottles and kitchen utensils strung along the models’ waists. Many found homelessness to be a distasteful theme for a haute couture collection where dresses can go for upwards of $50,000 and the resulting criticism prompted Galliano to apologize for upsetting so many, stating that it was not meant to offend but rather celebrate the style of the homeless people he encountered in Paris.

Kendall + Kylie Jenner Selfie “Vintage” Band Tees, Kendall and Kylie Jenner’s eponymous clothing line has had its ups and downs this year. The sisters found themselves in the center of a firestorm of controversy after releasing “vintage” band t-shirts that featured their faces photoshopped over music legends. Not only did many people find the designs offensive and morally reprehensible, apparently Kendall and Kylie didn’t have legal permission to use most of the images either.

Over the years, Lagerfeld has transformed the Grand Palais into a supermarket, art gallery, IT center, and now a space station. This season, Paris Fashion Week was kicked off with an Instagram-ready display: a branded rocket ship launched at the end of the show and rose 33 feet to the tune of Rocket Man. The show was 60’s space age futurism, with space cadets, blankets, and prints. The new and improved version of the two-tone pumps of fall 2015 was a knee-high, glittery, Jetsons-style boot with a toe cap, worn with glitter tights. As shown by the likes of Riri and the model world, boots are very much in at the moment. The ongoing headband trend seen across this year’s fashion weeks was in evidence, too. Obviously, the Chanel version came with pearl embellishments. And because it’s not a Chanel show without a witty accessory, there was a rocket-ship bag. Rock on.

Another upsetting clothing line is Headhunters Line, a very bold fashion line that already generated a lot of controversy. Sex, guns, scandalous message, this fashion clothing line has them all. See more details at The most dangerous clothing line.

Welding supplies best provider

Some tips about welding equipment, MIG and TIG welders, plasma cutters. When appearance counts, TIG welding creates a high quality, clean weld that is far less likely to distort the metal by using a nonconsumable tungsten electrode. There is no need to worry about splatter because it only uses the necessary amount of filler metal needed in the welding puddle, making for the highest quality weld in every respect. However, TIG is fairly specialized and requires a good deal of training in order to master it—so make sure any TIG welder purchase is paired with a plan to take welding classes. Instead of the point and shoot simplicity of MIG welding, TIG requires the use of a foot pedal to regulate the welding process. A filler rod that is separate from the torch that must be fed in gradually. Many professional welders prefer TIG because it can weld a wide variety of metals and because of the versatility of argon gas used during TIG welding. There is no slag to block the view of the weld puddle. Argon gas can weld any metal at any thickness with TIG welding, and therefore there is no need to change the gas depending on the project.

TIG welders guides: how to become a more skilled welder and how to select the top welding equipment. How do I choose what size Tig Welding Rod should I use for the job? For sheet metal up to 1/8” thick, don’t use a welding rod that is bigger than the thickness of metal you are welding…at least not much bigger. A good example…is using a 3/32 rod for welding .040 metal. That will just give you a fit. The amperage is low and the weld puddle needs to be small in order to prevent blowing a hole…and then when you dip the rod into the puddle, the rod is a big heat sink and sucks the heat right out of the puddle making it hard to maintain a consistent size bead. But Beginners should probably not be practicing on really thin metal. If you are a beginner you should be practicing on around 1/8 ” thick metal, and the bigger the rod, the easier it is to feed. For 1/8 ” metal, Use larger diameter rods (3/32” to 1/8”) So here is the rule….thin metal, use a thin rod Thick metal, use a thicker rod. This might seem like a no brainer, but I have answered a lot of questions like this about the rod melting before it gets to the puddle. If torch angle and arc length are right, its usually the rod size.

Delivery of parts to the welding station in an organized and logical fashion is also a way to reduce welding costs. For example, one company was manufacturing concrete mixing drums. In the fabrication process, the company produced 10 parts for one section, then went on to make 10 parts of another drum section, etc. As pieces came off the line, they were put onto the floor of the shop. When it was time to weld, the operator had to hunt for the pieces needed and sort through them. When the outside welding expert pointed out the amount of time being wasted in this process, the company started to batch each one on a cart. In this way, the pieces needed to weld one drum were stored together and could easily be moved to the welding area. This type of scenario is also true for companies that may outsource parts to a vendor. Though it may cost more to have parts delivered in batches, it may save more in time than having to organize and search through parts to be able to get to the welding stage. How many times each piece is handled in the shop may be an eye-opener to reducing wasted time. To measure such an intangible as this, operators are asked to put a soapstone mark on the piece each time it is touched – some companies are surprised to find out how many times a part is picked up, transported and laid down in the manufacturing process. In the case of one company, moving the welding shop closer to the heat treatment station eliminated four extra times that the part was handled. Basically, handling a part as few times as possible and creating a more efficient production line or work cell will reduce overall costs. Searching for the best MIG Welders? We recommend Welding Supplies Direct & associated company TWS Direct Ltd is an online distributor of a wide variety of welding supplies, welding equipment and welding machine. We supply plasma cutters, MIG, TIG, ARC welding machines and support consumables to the UK, Europe and North America.

Not all aluminum alloys are weldable: For example: 7075 and 2024 are not considered readily weldable using TIG welding. You can usually TIG weld them and they might be fine for a tool tote or some little art project…but don’t be fooled. You can’t depend on the welds in critical applications. Take a tree stand for instance. Lets say Joe gets a good deal on some aluminum angle iron at his friends scrap yard and he decides to make a tree stand. Joe has no way of knowing what alloy of aluminum he got from the scrap yard. He makes the tree stand, it holds together and looks just fine. The welds are real pretty…like a stack of dimes. One day he is sitting in his tree stand about 20 feet up a tree. The stress corrosion that has been happening on a microstrucutural level since he finished welding the tree stand finally comes home to roost and CRACK!!

Welding faster may sound appealing, but aside from practice, there are few shortcuts when creating a strong weld. In fact, unless a situation calls for a fast-moving weld, there’s a good chance that slow and steady is the way to go. An online search for ways to weld faster, will yield either descriptions of the ways automated welding has increased welding speed or press releases from companies who claim their gas or electrode holds the key to improving welding speed. In other words, it can seem like spending a lot of money is the only way to weld faster. However, for those looking for some ways to save time on their welding projects, there are some ways to weld faster for certain projects. While it’s not always a good idea to find a way to weld faster, there are situations when welding faster may produce a better product or a few simple changes can speed up the time on task.

Improper drive roll selection and tension setting can lead to poor wire feeding. Consider the size and type of wire being used and match it to the correct drive roll. Since flux-cored wire is softer, due to the flux inside and the tubular design, it requires a knurled drive roll that has teeth to grab the wire and to help push it through. However, knurled drive rolls should not be used with solid wire because the teeth will cause shavings to break off the wire, leading to clogs in the liner that create resistance as the wire feeds. In this case, use V-grove or U-groove drive rolls instead. Set the proper drive roll tension by releasing the drive rolls. Then increase the tension while feeding the wire into your gloved hand until the tension is one half-turn past wire slippage. Always keep the gun as straight as possible to avoid kinking in the cable that could lead to poor wire feeding.

Do a practice run. This may sound silly, but you’ll find that many professional welders do this before every pass. Get in the most comfortable position you can, with support blocks in place if helpful, and run your hands along the path they will traverse as you make the weld. You will often find that a slight adjustment of your position will allow you to make a longer pass, or to move your hands with less stress. Any strain in your position will have a negative impact on the weld. Also, you build valuable muscle memory when making your practice run, which will help keep everything on track when you make the ‘real’ pass. Clean a contaminated electrode immediately! Every welder will contaminate their electrode at some point, but it’s essential that you replace a contaminated electrode immediately. I usually keep a group of pre-sharpened electrodes right on my welding bench, so I can swap them out without having to walk to my grinder. Source: https://www.weldingsuppliesdirect.co.uk/.

Graduate bobbleheads online shopping

Bobbleheads are funny, good looking and perfect items to collect. How are bobbleheads made? There are all types of bobble heads and they’re made from several types of materials. Generally, the most common bobble heads are made from resin and plastic. There are also ceramic and wooden bobble heads, but they are in the minority of the products currently produced. The resin bobble head dolls are solid and generally allow for greater details and finer contouring of the body. Plastic bobble heads are cast from a mold, but not all plastic bobbing heads are the same. Some styles rely purely on the mold as the entire product with the appropriate paint colors added. Our most popular bobble heads use a plastic inner shell that are not solid and are covered with felt cloth. The felt adds a layer of detail, a layer of feeling, and an additional layer of strength to the bobble head. With our bobble head animals, you’ll find that the eyes are made of plastic and some vary from completely solid colors to an eye complete with color and pupil.

First with a short history of bobbleheads. Chinese nodding-head figures are documented in England and Continental Europe as early as the 1760’s and 1770’s and Johann Zoffany’s famous portrait depicting Queen Charlotte in her Dressing Room at Buckingham Palace painted in 1765 shows two such figures in the background (see C. Saumarez Smith, Eighteenth Century Decoration, New York, 1993, p. 255, fig. 246). Nodding-head figures were imported into England, Europe and America from Canton in large numbers from the 1780’s. The great interest in these figures in England is derived in large part from the personal tastes of the Prince of Wales (later George IV) during the late 18th and early 19th Centuries. The Prince’s interest in Chinese decoration was first expressed in his Chinese Drawing Room at Carlton House; however his sudden inspiration to achieve an Oriental interior at Brighton Pavilion was prompted in 1802. The final achievement, an ornate palace of fantastical proportions and exotic furnishings, was due to the combined efforts of the Prince himself and his principal designers, John and Frederick Crace, over the next twenty-five years. A number of Chinese figures of this type were prominently displayed in the corridor of the Pavilion (see J. Morley, The Making of the Royal Pavilion, Brighton, Boston, 1984, pp. 169-176). See more details on personalized bobblehead.

The first known mentioning of the bobblehead doll is in Nikolai Gogol’s 1842 short story “The Overcoat” where one of the characters is said to looks like one. It is also believed that moder bobblehead dolls originate from 18th century Germany where they were made of ceramic. These dolls in turn originate from Ancient Japanese and Chinese string dolls. Modern bobblehead dolls were first made from paper-mache, ceramic and plastic. 20th century bobblehead dolls were first made in 1920s. New York Knicks basketball player bobblehead was produced trhen but interest in them waned by 1930s and didn’t renew until 1950s.

In June 2012, the TBS talk show ‘Conan’ went to film in Chicago and produced one of the largest bobble head dolls ever documented. The Conan O’Brien Bobble Head stood at 16 feet tall! In 2016, there were many terrific MLB bobble head giveaways that focus on team mascots to legendary Dodgers broadcast Vin Scully. Both major league and minor league baseball heavily use bobble head doll promotions to drive attendance. For 2017, MLB teams plan no let down in the size and scope of bobble heads. Teams from the Mets with their Noah Syndergaard Thor themed bobble head to the Angels with three different Mike Trout bobble heads throughout the season aren’t letting up with promotions throughout the league each and every week.

Polyester is a synthetic material, popular for its durability, resistance to stretching and shrinking, and it’s quick drying ability. Since polyester is a sturdy and strong material, it is recommended to wear polyester T-shirts for outdoor events, sporting activities, and in harsh climates. However, it isn’t as breathable as cotton or blended fabric. Blended fabric takes advantage of both cotton and polyester, combining the best characteristics of each. Sometimes a third material, Rayon, is used as well. Blended t-shirts are lightweight and breathable, while also being wrinkle resistant and durable. Due to the wide range of characteristics, t-shirts made of blended materials are the perfect combination of loungewear and performance wear.

Screen printing is cost-effective, durable, and great if a large imprinting size is needed. Types of Blinds : Faux Wood Blinds: Faux wood blinds are more durable and moisture resistant than real wood. This type of blind is often used in high humidity spaces, such as the kitchen, bathroom, or garage if the look of wood is desired. Keep your blinds clean and free from dust by vacuuming them regularly with a brush attachment on low suction brushing across the slats for venetian and pleated blinds and down the fabric or slats for vertical and roller blinds. You can also spot clean any stubborn stains by blotting with a mild detergent solution or alcohol free wipe but never spray cleaner directly onto the fabric. Buy online MIG welders

A few tips about welding equipment, MIG and TIG welders, plasma cutters. What factors should you consider when determining a budget? You may already have an estimated budget in mind. The type of welder you purchase should be suited for the specific functions you require as well as the projects you will work on the most. Think about your end goal and consider opportunities to expand the usefulness of your welder. Will you want more power or amperage in the future? It is important to take note of the varying amperage and power requirements as well as the duty cycle necessary to achieve the most effective and economical operational results for the projects you’re looking to complete. In addition to the cost of the welder itself, don’t forget to include costs for the accessories and supplies you’ll need to operate your new welder. This includes welding protection (helmet, gloves, jacket, etc.) as well as gas and consumables.

One of the “cardinal sins” that almost every shop commits is over-welding. This means that if the drawing calls for a 1/4″ fillet weld, most shops will put down a 5/16″ weld. The reasons? Either they don’t have a fillet gauge and are not exactly sure of the size of the weld they are producing or they put in some extra to “cover” themselves and make sure there is enough weld metal in place. But, over-welding leads to tremendous consumable waste. Let’s look again at our example. For a 1/4″ fillet weld, the typical operator will use .129 lbs. per foot of weld metal. The 5/16″ weld requires .201 lbs. per foot of weld metal – a 56 percent increase in weld volume compared to what is really needed. Plus, you must take into account the additional labor necessary to put down a larger weld. Not only is the company paying for extra, wasted consumable material, a weld with more weld metal is more likely to have warpage and distortion because of the added heat input. It is recommended that every operator be given a fillet gauge to accurately produce the weld specified – and nothing more. In addition, changes in wire diameter may be used to eliminate over-welding.

The welding setup, welder settings, and electrode selection will impact how fast welders can work. Industrial welders invest time in planning the size and shape of their welding areas, how parts are laid out, and how they supply their shielding gas. Testing settings or an electrode on a piece of scrap metal, especially for a beginners, will save time in the long run. Learn more about setting up an efficient shop here. Welding Downhill Increases Welding Speed: While welding downhill is a faster way to weld, it’s not as strong as welding uphill. On most projects it’s not worth sacrificing strength and durability for the sake of welding speed. However, if the metal is thin enough, then welding downhill won’t make the weld weaker and may even be the correct technique for the job. Learn about uphill and downhill welding and see these diagrams of vertical and downhill welding.

How to pick a welder tips: MIG wire inch button: A great feature. This will save you wasting your shielding gas when feeding wire through at the start of a new reel. Gas purge button: Another nice option. Save yourself some MIG wire, when you’re setting your gas flow. Burn back facility: Not all machines have this externally, buy it’s good to be able to trim the burn back to the wire according to the application & operator. Selecting the correct amperage machine: Generally, you should work on 35-40 amps per 1 mm diameter of material to be welded.
