Profectus Biotech and Medisun Medical Group today announced the opening of a new joint venture in Hong Kong. The primary mission of the new company, ProMed BioSciences, Ltd., is to establish a leading vaccine company focused on the development of preventive and therapeutic vaccines for infectious diseases and cancer.
